What is under test
- Hard rails: paper default, Polymarket exec off, brain never places orders, ask ≤70¢, live needs confirm.
- Freeze: MODEL_VERSION / gate retune blocked without explicit unfreeze.
- Capacity: shadow_exits frozen; no phase skip (Phase 0→1→2…).
- HTS isolation: patient hold-to-settle must not feed research shadow pot or live calib.
- Suite health: research/capacity log presence (read-only).
