SPYForge verification

GraphForge is a standalone framework: encode operational product law as typed state graphs, verify pipelines respect it (any workflow). SPYForge is this suite's application folder (spy_vol_forecast/spyforge/), not the framework repo. Board: pure simulate-mode checks. Not forecast MAE. Not a replacement for run_pipeline.py.

What is under test

Framework (GraphForge): typed state graphs (channels, reducers, edges, checkpoints, interrupts). Standalone engine repo: martialsystems/graphforge. Application (SPYForge): daily pipeline, promotion gate, agent write ACL, suite health, research lifecycle under spy_vol_forecast/spyforge/. Production remains run_pipeline.py / Actions. Simulate mode only here.

Daily pipeline: freeze is read-only; retrain is candidate-only (set_active=False).
Promotion: PSI CRITICAL blocks promote; golden fail keeps production active; no unfreeze.
Agent protocol: site cannot write freeze; training freeze only when ladder status is complete.
Suite cards: vol can be live; direction clean-fail is not labeled live; research PASS is not auto-public.
